It seems living the celebrity lifestyle has taken its toll on Mike Sorrentino because the muscle man has checked himself into a rehab facility to get some time out.

He has spent the past several weeks at an undisclosed location for much-needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule, his rep is denying that the problems have anything to do with substance abuse.

Hopefully he will get beter in time for the sixth series of Jersey Shore because everybody including pregnant Snooki has been confirmed for another season.
