Plans for Adele to tour the world have been brought to a halt so she wont risk loosing her million pound voice altogether. Doctor’s have warned the singer if she performs too much then she might lose her singing voice forever!!

The beautiful singer could have raked in millions but has been left knocking back offer after offer to star on shows like The Voice and The X Factor in favour of being able to still perform in the future. A source says

The surgery was successful but doctor’s are still concerned she could damage her golden voice.

They have given the go-ahead to one-off shows but a full tour has been ruled out.

She will take an extended break to spend time with her new man Simon Konecki who friends say she will wed, the source adds

Adele isn’t motivated by money, that’s the last thing she cares about. She had a serious scare with her voice and is determined to make sure it doesn’t happen again. She’s also turned down TV offers and advertising because she doesn’t want to be a celebrity.

She’s motivated by  the music not the fame and fortune.
